Job Description

Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and end customers, and driving sales of premium aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and façade solutions. The role requires extensive field visits, lead generation, client presentations, and project follow-up to achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Conduct regular field visits to builders, architects, contractors, developers, and channel partners.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
  • Meet prospective customers and understand project requirements.
  • Present The Schon product portfolio and solutions effectively.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders in construction and real estate sectors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical and estimation teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
  • Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and payments.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the aluminium doors and windows market.
Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Submit daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in:
  • Aluminium doors and windows
  • Building materials
  • Architectural hardware
  • Construction products
  • Interior fit-out solutions
Required Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of aluminium systems, glazing, façades, or building materials is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
