About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing AI-powered digital platform business.
The role involves visiting local businesses, understanding their digital marketing and customer engagement needs, demonstrating our AI-based app, and converting prospects into paying customers.
You will work directly with business owners, retailers, service providers, property professionals, restaurants, salons, clinics, and other local businesses to help them use AI to create content, promote their business, reach customers, and grow sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and generate new leads through field sales.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Demonstrate our AI-powered mobile/web application.
- Explain how AI can help businesses create social media posts, banners, videos/reels, marketing content and customer campaigns.
- Promote digital marketing and WhatsApp-based business solutions.
- Convert prospects into paid subscribers.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain daily sales activities and update lead/customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with local businesses.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product and management teams.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, digital marketing sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of smartphones, apps, WhatsApp and social media.
- Ability to explain technology in simple language.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with local travel.
