Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal. The Field Sales Executive will engage directly with customers, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive sales goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional client support. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in business development, client servicing, or customer relationship management is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the local market in Bhopal is an asset
