Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers.
Promote and explain the company's products/services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Follow up with leads, negotiate with customers, and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and sales achieved.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
Freshers with relevant sales exposure or strong field-sales aptitude may be considered at the client's discretion.
Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field visits.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales reporting applications.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in FMCG, retail sales, distribution, merchant acquisition, or B2B/B2C sales will be preferred.
Candidates with local market knowledge and customer-handling experience will have an advantage.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred, depending on territory requirements.
