Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Engineer
- Drive Sales:Promote SPM and robotics solutions across diverse sectors.
- Lead Generation:Identify prospects, engage clients, and pitch tailored automation solutions.
- Technical Consultation:Understand client needs and deliver customized technical proposals.
- Proposal Development:Prepare detailed quotations and solution documents.
- Client Engagement:Build long-term relationships and provide post-sales support.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with engineering and project teams for seamless delivery.
- CRM & Forecasting:Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Sales Head
- Leadership:Inspire and manage the sales team to exceed targets.

- Market Intelligence:Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
