Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Engineer

  • Drive Sales:Promote SPM and robotics solutions across diverse sectors.
  • Lead Generation:Identify prospects, engage clients, and pitch tailored automation solutions.
  • Technical Consultation:Understand client needs and deliver customized technical proposals.
  • Proposal Development:Prepare detailed quotations and solution documents.
  • Client Engagement:Build long-term relationships and provide post-sales support.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with engineering and project teams for seamless delivery.
  • CRM & Forecasting:Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Sales Head

  • Leadership:Inspire and manage the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Strategic Growth:Design and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
  • Market Intelligence:Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy:Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Key Accounts:Cultivate relationships with high-value clients for repeat business and loyalty.
