Job Description

This position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers and developing strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution improvements.

Responsibilities

Interaction with our customers and providing them with direct sales support.

Marketing activities, potential client research

Identify any custom technical requirements and coordinate as necessary with the product team

Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).

Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers

Job requirement

  • High drive level and ability to be proactive.
  • Willingness to travel(70 % of travel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical sales support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.

Qualification

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in (BE/B-tech) in the Mechanical / EEE / ECE / EE/Automobile/Automation/Robotics
