Field Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in front-end/field sales of LV VFDs. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving order booking targets and managing sales operations in Kolkata and the neighboring states in east region. This role also involves active participation in pre-bid tie-ups with EPCs for government tenders and other projects, as well as ensuring timely payment collection.

Qualifications: B.E completed Preferred in Electrical, Inst & control, Electronics & Communication

Job Summary:

We are seeking a experienced and motivated Senior Engineer/Engineer- Sales to drive channel sales for East region of LV VFD

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting the order booking for LV/MV Drives from Kolkata:

1. application specific cluster of industry

2. Make relation with end customers like: Metal, Mining, steel, Power, Oil, OEMs etc.

3. Developed fixed regular orders through Channels, major OEMS / machinery builders.

4. Product introduction seminars have to be conducted in every segment of industries.

5. All EPCs and consultants have to be educated with new range of drives

7. Closely support the partners to book orders and fix the regular OEMs for them.

8. Industry specific solution to be provided by value addition. Highly Result oriented, Self-Motivated

9. Forecasting, Channel review, OEM applications, Meeting the sales target as assigned.
