Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida for a Field Sales Engineer. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Core responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing technical support and demonstrations, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role requires regular client visits, presenting technical information effectively, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical solutions, including product knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Experience with sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address client requirements
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to various work settings
- Relevant educational background in engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in handling on-site projects and customer visits is a plus
- Knowledge of the Noida region and surrounding markets is preferred
