Role Overview
The Senior Field Sales Engineer Residential will be responsible for driving business growth in the residential segment by managing end-to-end sales activities. This role involves lead generation, technical solutioning, site visits, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure across residential projects.
The position is target-driven and requires strong technical knowledge along with the ability to engage with builders, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Candidate Profile
57 years of experience in technical B2B/B2C residential sales
Strong exposure to residential projects and site-based selling
Ability to independently handle sales closure and client negotiations
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil preferred)
Strong understanding of residential construction and building systems
Familiarity with the Mumbai residential real estate ecosystem
Skills Required
Technical sales and solution-selling capability
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience
Exposure to HVAC systems, smart home solutions, lighting systems, building automation, or construction materials
Established network with builders, developers, MEP consultants, and contractors in Mumbai
