Role Overview
This is a pure business development and field sales role. You'll own the ground game for Mumbai and nearby regions, and generate leads pan-India through calls, video meetings, and outreach. Your mission: build our pipeline of dermatologists and clinics, get in front of decision-makers, and convert them into clients. This is a field-first role — dermatologists, clinics, and hospitals respond to people who show up, so expect daily travel and face-to-face meetings.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across the skin, hair & beauty space — starting with dermatologists and clinics.
- Own field sales across Mumbai and nearby regions through in-person meetings and visits.
- Generate leads pan-India via calls, Google Meet, DMs and tele-calling for prospects outside Mumbai.
- Meet dermatologists, hospitals, and hospital/clinic marketing managers to pitch our digital marketing, technology, and growth services.
- Manage the full BD cycle — prospecting, pitching, follow-up, negotiation, closing and ob-boarding
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with practitioners and clinic decision-makers.
- Represent and pitch any new software, technology, or marketing services we roll out for this segment.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / business development.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, dermatology, hospital, or salon/aesthetics segment is a must.
- Proven track record of lead generation and closing in a field-based role.
- Comfortable and confident with daily travel and face-to-face selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and disciplined — this is a hybrid, remote-style role, so you'll manage your own field time without daily office reporting.
- Based in Mumbai, with good knowledge of the local area.
- Hunger to grow fast in a young, fast-moving agency.
Compensation & Growth
- Fixed monthly pay: entry-level (we're honest — we're bootstrapped), plus a very lucrative, uncapped incentive structure. Strong performers earn well beyond the base.
- Clear growth path: after 3 months of consistently hitting targets, this role converts into a full-time managerial position leading business development for the team, based on your performance.

Please note: as an early-stage bootstrapped agency, we don't yet offer benefits like PF, also specifically note that we do not provide travel allowance and food allowance as of now — but the incentive structure and growth opportunity are real and significant.
