We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our AV Sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in field sales, with a strong background in the audio-visual industry. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the AV (Audio-Visual) market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-10 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the AV industry.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual technology and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
