We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales and distribution of sanitary pads and baby diapers in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding market reach, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sanitary pads and baby diapers to retailers, distributors, and other clients in the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market surveys to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and timely replenishment at retail points.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, or service issues.
