Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain customer accounts, payment records, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, and order updates.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Assist in sales activities and support new customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare basic sales and financial reports for management review.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures.
