Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-depth technical product demos to doctors, medical faculty, and healthcare staff
  • Explain how Ayusynk works, covering all technical and clinical aspects
  • Support the sales team by acting as the technical authority during pre-sale and post-sale interactions
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest use-case-based applications of the product
  • Collect real-time feedback from doctors to improve product usability
  • Help convert trials and demos into purchases through trust, clarity, and reliability
  • Track field activity, installations, feedback loops, and user adoption
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to improve performance

Requirements

  • Hold a degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Possess 0–2 years of experience in sales, application engineering, or field deployments (freshers welcome)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Engage confidently with doctors and influence decisions through knowledge and logic
  • Show strong interest in healthcare innovation and hands-on product application
  • Be willing to travel extensively for fieldwork, demos, and training
  • Have prior exposure to med-tech, IoT devices, or customer-facing engineering roles (preferred)
