About the Role

We're looking for Field Sales Associates to grow Even's doctor network in Bengaluru. This is a field-based role: you'll spend your day meeting doctors at their clinics — introducing them to Even Hospitals, onboarding them onto the Even ecosystem, and building relationships that last. If you enjoy being on the ground, meeting people, and seeing your work convert into real outcomes, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Meet doctors at their clinics across your assigned territory in Bengaluru every day.
• Pitch Even Hospitals and our specialties, and onboard doctors onto the Even ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with doctors through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Coordinate between doctors and Even's hospital teams to ensure their patients have a smooth experience at Even.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Share on-ground feedback with the central team — what doctors are asking for, what competitors are doing.

What You'll Need

• 1–3 years of field sales experience — healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or diagnostics preferred.
• Comfort with a field-first role: daily clinic visits across Bengaluru; you own your territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; fluency in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus).
• A two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the city.
• Self-discipline and hustle — you plan your own day and are measured on outcomes.

Good to Have

• An existing network of doctors or clinics in Bengaluru.
• Experience with CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
