Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive - IT Product Sales

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Location: Jaipur

Role Description

We are seeking an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in IT product sales to drive business growth in the Jaipur market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, field-based client acquisition, building client relationships,conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales for IT products and solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit companies, corporate offices, educational institutes, and training centers for IT product sales
  • Sell IT products, including software solutions, SaaS products, ERP/CRM systems, web-based applications, cloud solutions, and IT tools
  • Conduct field visits to prospects, SMEs, enterprises, and institutional clients
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate IT products
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation qualification demo negotiation closure
  • Achieve assigned product-wise and revenue-based sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business and institutional clients
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales activity reports
  • Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends

Experience Required

  • Experience selling IT products to corporates, colleges, schools, or institutes
  • Existing B2B corporate or institutional client network in Jaipur
  • Experience in selling software products, SaaS platforms, or licensed IT products
  • Knowledge of pricing models such as subscription-based, annual licensing, and renewals
  • Understanding of product positioning, value proposition, and ROI selling
  • Ability to explain product features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers
  • Experience in handling objections, renewals, and product upgrades

Skills Required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT product sales / IT field sales
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and technology trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales closure mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and nearby regions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
