THE INVITATION

Some opportunities ask you to fill a role. This one asks you to build a market — and then lead it.

AJAIR Tech Mobility LLP is extending an invitation to three exceptional individuals who possess not just the instinct to sell, but the discipline to build, the intelligence to systematise, and the character to lead. This is not a job posting. It is the beginning of a 12-month leadership journey — one that will culminate in the elevation of one outstanding performer to Head of Sales, with a compensation and mandate benchmarked to the highest national industry standards.

THE COMPANY

AJAIR Tech Mobility LLP stands on the foundation of 30+ years of OEM precision manufacturing excellence — a legacy built through Emmarkay Automotive Spares Pvt Ltd, a trusted supplier to India's leading 2-Wheeler OEMs since 1990.

We are now entering the aftermarket with the same uncompromised quality — bringing to market CAM Timing Chain Tensioners and Oil Pumps for the 2-Wheeler segment, in a category that sees extraordinary demand and consistent repeat cycles. This is a market we intend to own — and we are looking for the people who will make that happen.

THE MANDATE

You will not be handed a territory. You will create one.

Starting from four metro cities, you will establish a trader and distributor network from zero — mapping the market, identifying the right partners, earning their trust, and building a distribution architecture that scales. By the end of your seventh month, 1,500 active shops across India will carry our products. By the end of your twelfth, you will have led the team, locked the systems, and demonstrated whether you are ready to own what you built.

This mandate is given to three candidates simultaneously. One will rise to lead it all after 12 months, and Others as per performance the next levels will be provided (this is purly Performance oriented not with previous numbers in years of experience)

THE 12-MONTH JOURNEY

Months 1 to 2 — Field Immersion · 4 Metros · 2 Products Full on-field activation. Chennai and three metros of your choice. 5,000 units per product per month. atleast 400 Trader acquisition, relationship depth, and early-adopter capture — all within the first 30 days in the market.

Month 2 — Systemise What You Learned Transition to a hybrid model. Convert field intelligence into a proprietary Sales SOP. Consolidate your first trader network. Build the process infrastructure that your team will operate at scale.

Month 3 — Build the Team · Expand to 5 Products · Lock the SOP Recruit and mentor field team members of your choice. Finalise the SOP. Revise targets with real market data. Introduce three new product lines — giving your team a richer conversation with every trader they meet.

Months 4 to 7 — Pan India Expansion · 1,500 Shops Your team leads the expansion beyond the initial metros. Systematic onboarding of traders, distributors, and retailers across India. Milestone at Month 7: 1,500 active shops Pan India, across 5 product lines.

Months 7 to 11 — Sustain · Deepen · Recognise No new trader onboarding. Every effort directed toward relationship quality, structured feedback resolution, and loyalty. A formal trader recognition programme — rewards, awards, and genuine acknowledgement. The best sales leaders know that holding a network is harder than building one. Prove it.

Month 12 — Review · Elevation · Legacy All three candidates are reviewed on the totality of what they built — market quality, process discipline, team leadership, and trader relationships sustained. One will be elevated to Head of Sales with full ownership of market, team, and strategy — and a compensation package benchmarked to national industry and MNC standards for a National Sales Head profile.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for the loudest voice in the room. We are looking for the most disciplined builder in the field.

The right candidate brings a minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or field market roles — and more importantly, brings evidence. Evidence of relationships built from nothing. Evidence of pipelines managed with rigour. Evidence of deals closed independently. Evidence of a team influenced, guided, or led — formally or otherwise.

You must be equally comfortable in a trader's shop in the morning and a strategy review in the afternoon. You must understand that systems outlast instincts, that process is the product, and that the best salespeople build machines — not just momentum.

You must be willing to travel extensively across metro cities and operate in an environment where nothing is pre-built and everything is earned.
