Field Research Intern

We are seeking motivated Field Research Interns for a high-impact study. This role is designed for individuals who can effectively bridge the gap between technology and human interaction to capture high-quality data in the field.

We are recruiting candidates from across the following states. Operations and reporting will be centralized in the state capitals:

• Uttar Pradesh: 10+ Positions (Reporting Hub: Lucknow)
• Assam: 6 Positions (Reporting Hub: Guwahati)
• Haryana: 4 Positions (Reporting Hub: Chandigarh)
• Delhi NCR: 4 Positions (Reporting Hub: New Delhi)
• Kerala: 3 Positions (Reporting Hub: Thiruvananthapuram)
• Mizoram: 2 Positions (Reporting Hub: Aizawl)

Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or be an ongoing PhD candidate.

• Conduct on-site field visits and interviews with diverse stakeholders within the assigned state.
• Utilize mobile and cloud-based technology for accurate data entry and real-time reporting.
• Prepare and deliver reports or presentations regarding progress and insights gathered from the field.
• Maintain a professional standard of communication with all local stakeholders and project leads.

• Duration: The internship will begin on the 22nd of February and will conclude upon successful completion of tasks or after 10-15 days, whichever comes first.
• Honorarium: A professional honorarium is provided upon the verified completion of all assigned field deliverables.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English and the relevant local language.
• Technical: Proficiency with data collection applications, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and remote collaboration tools.
• Presentation: Proven ability to present field insights clearly and concisely.
