Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, understanding their requirements and addressing concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers in the field.
Sales and Marketing Activities
- Promote company products/services and generate leads.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Field Operations and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collect and report field data to the management team for strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and client interactions.
Problem Solving and Customer Support
- Address customer issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Provide timely updates to management on field challenges and opportunities.
- Suggest improvements in processes and field strategies based on ground insights.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and field strategy sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in field sales, client servicing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
