This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Representative based in Jaipur. The Field Representative will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service, assisting with customer inquiries, and enhancing service delivery. Additionally, the role involves field visits to interact with customers, ensure smooth operations, train staff when necessary, and identify opportunities for growth through promoting company services.

• Proficiency in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Field Service operations and managing on-site tasks
• Capability to conduct Training and mentor staff effectively
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and time-management skills
• Ability to travel locally within Jaipur and handle field operations efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the laundry, retail, or e-commerce sectors is a plus
• A valid driver's license and familiarity with Jaipur's geography are advantageous
