Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Magna Yuma. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of field staff and handling their grievances, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in field recruitment and grievance resolution, with fluency in Telugu (Tamil is a plus). This position requires regular travel to field sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various field positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Conduct background checks, document verification, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Grievance Handling
- Act as the primary point of contact for field staff grievances and concerns.
- Investigate and resolve employee issues promptly and fairly, maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all grievance resolutions.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and trust.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and grievance cases.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, turnover, and grievance trends.
- Use HRIS or other tools to track employee data and generate insights.
Field Engagement
- Travel to various field sites as needed to understand ground realities, build relationships, and address on‑site concerns.
- Organize and conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field recruitment and grievance handling for field staff.
- Experience in the staffing/HR domain with exposure to high‑volume recruitment is a plus.
Language Skills
- Mandatory: Fluent in Telugu (spoken and written).
- Good to have: Proficiency in Tamil.
