Care24 is a leading in-home healthcare patient-care service provider serving patients in Mumbai and Delhi. The company provides medical care at home, workplace, or travel, including consultations, nursing, attendant care, infant care, physiotherapy, diagnostic lab, equipment, and pharmacy services.

Position Overview:

Care24 is looking for energetic and self-driven Field Recruiters to support blue-collar hiring for the healthcare sector. The role involves candidate mobilization and coordination with external partners to meet hiring targets. The Field Recruiter will directly work with the Supply Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and mobilize blue-collar candidates from various locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, GDA centers, training institutes, and community groups.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment drives.
• Hire candidates for the healthcare industry as per company requirements.
• Generate candidate leads through multiple sourcing portals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews at the Care24 office.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Any Graduate.
• Up to 1 year of field recruitment experience is preferred.
• Freshers who are strongly willing to work in field recruitment may also apply.
• Experience in blue-collar or field hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source and mobilize blue-collar candidates through field visits and community networking.
• Good networking skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in field-based recruitment activities.
