This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Bengaluru South. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent by conducting interviews, sourcing candidates through various channels, building strong pipelines, and participating in job fairs or recruitment drives. The Field Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help create an engaging candidate experience. Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and maintaining hiring records will also be key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
• Experience in recruitment planning and execution, including hosting job fairs or recruitment events
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related software
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes
• Experience in field recruiting or a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Keen understanding of employment laws and best recruitment practices
