Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Jaipur. The Field Recruiter will manage recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and building candidate pipelines. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, organizing recruitment drives, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for selected hires. The role also requires managing recruitment metrics and aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes
• Skills in building strong candidate pipelines and developing hiring strategies
• Proficiency in candidate relationship management and onboarding processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and align strategies with company goals
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in field recruitment or high-volume hiring environments is a plus
• An understanding of professional and local job markets in Jaipur is advantageous
