Responsibilities
- Conduct field recruitment activities to source and attract candidates in designated regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local talent pools and community organizations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a field recruiting role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online sourcing techniques.
- Understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in India.
