Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Identify potential candidates using multiple sources such as job boards, social media, and referrals
Attend job fairs, visit college campuses, and conduct on-site interviews to source candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and monitor hiring progress
Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on recruitment status and progress
