Job SummaryiTruck is looking for a proactive and motivated Field Recruiter to manage on-ground recruitment of drivers for company vehicles. The role involves field sourcing, candidate screening, and coordinating end-to-end onboarding of drivers across operational locations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit qualified drivers for 3-wheeler/4-wheeler company vehicles through field visits and local networks.
- Source candidates from driving schools, transport hubs, local agencies, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening, collect and verify driver documents (license, ID, address proof, etc.).
- Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams for interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Maintain a regular database of potential drivers and track recruitment progress.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets as per company requirements.
- Ensure drivers meet company standards for safety, documentation, and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- 12 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in driver or logistics hiring.
- Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to travel locally within Bengaluru and surrounding areas for driver sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.
Compensation & Benefits- Fixed Salary: 20,000 21,000 per month
- Incentive: Up to 3,000 per month (based on performance and hiring targets)
