Field Recruiter

Key Deliverables:

• Achieve minimum monthly target of 30 security guard hires
• Conduct field-level sourcing and recruitment drives
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities on-site
• Maintain hiring MIS and report daily progress

Role Responsibilities:

• Travel to locations for on-ground recruitment as needed
• Use local channels to generate walk-ins for blue-collar roles
• Ensure quality and timeliness in field-level recruitment
• Collaborate with operations and HR for deployment alignment
