Job Description
Zippee is looking for a talented & experienced Recruiter to handle on-ground Manpower recruitment across Bangalore. Incredible yet challenging opportunity to work with Operations team at a high-growth Quick Commerce startup to drive meaningful impact.
You will be responsible for hiring frontline manpower including Picker Packers, Store Managers, among various other positions. The role involves field sourcing, bulk hiring, and coordinating walk-in drives to fulfill on-ground manpower requirements.
This role will involve travelling locally across various districts in Bengaluru for fulfilling manpower requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, Source candidates through field visits, local references, job portals, and social media.
Post job requirements on platforms like JobHai, Apna etc.
Conduct bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews, Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per location and salary structure.
Manage documentation and joining formalities.
Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions, Maintain daily hiring tracker and reports.
Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up.
Qualifications
1-3 Years of Experience in field / bulk hiring.
Strong local candidate network.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work under hiring targets.
Knowledge of E-commerce/Logistics/Quick Commerce structure preferred.
