Job Role:
* Inspection and authorization of incoming civil materials at site
* Coordinate with site teams for quality issue resolution and problem-solving
* Coordinate with contractors and clients for overall solar plant civil inspection activities
* Inspect solar power plant civil works such as Structure, Piling, ICR, etc. as per drawings and relevant IS/IEC standards
* Raise and close Field Quality points including NCRs and observations
* Prepare and maintain Project Quality Reports such as DQR and WQR
* Maintain quality records and documentation at site
* Conduct quality awareness training for site staff and contractor teams before work commencement
* Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings, FQP, and IS/IEC codes
* Perform regular field quality checks and documentation reviews
* Conduct daily/periodical testing of incoming construction materials as per QAP and IS codes
* Attend quality review meetings and ensure compliance standards are maintained
