Job Description Field Quality Engineer
Client Name: Adani New Industries Limited
Project Location: Module Line Project, Mundra
Employment Type: On-roll
Designation: Field Quality Engineer
Experience Required: 05 11 Years
CTC: 65,000 + Travel Conveyance + Accommodation
(Laptop & Food in candidate scope)
Qualification
- Degree: BE / B.Tech with 510 years of relevant experience OR
- Diploma: Diploma in Engineering with 712 years of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform field quality inspection activities related to structural fabrication, piping, and erection works at site.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with the Field Quality Plan (FQP).
- Interpret and review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documents.
- Conduct and monitor NDT activities including RT, UT, MT, and PT.
- Verify welding activities including welding processes, welding parameters, and consumable handling.
- Coordinate with construction and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records as per project requirements.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong experience in site quality inspection activities.
- Sound knowledge of NDT techniques and welding fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret fabrication and erection drawings.
- Familiarity with quality documentation and site inspection procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
