Key Responsibilities
- Handle field quality issues related to EV Trucks and Tipper Vehicles.
- Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of vehicle failures at customer locations.
- Coordinate with Service, Production, R&D, and Supplier teams for issue resolution.
- Analyze failures related to:
- Battery Systems
- Motor & Controller
- Charging Systems
- Vehicle Electricals
- High Voltage Components
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action implementation.
- Monitor warranty and field failure data.
- Prepare field quality reports and maintain issue tracking records.
- Support vehicle validation and reliability improvement activities.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and field concerns.

- Willingness to travel for field issue analysis and customer support activities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
