You'll be our: Engineer - Field Quality.
You'll be based at : IBC Knowledge park, Bengaluru.

What will you be doing at Ather:
- Monitor daily field failures to identify new / early km / critical failures and communicate to the concerned stakeholders for immediate actions.
- Conduct field investigation for new / critical failures and share field observation reports with stakeholders.
- Facilitate field issue resolution for any new issues.
- Create and monitor the CAFV (Corrective Actions for Field Vehicles).
- Ensure the on-time retrieval of field failure parts for prompt failure analysis.
- Develop / Improve systems and processes to handle field complaints.
- Track and improve field quality metrics such as NTF reduction, wrong warranty claim rejections, CAFV process adherence..etc
- Monitor and improve COPQ (Cost Of Poor Quality) in the field.
- Conduct periodical audits at service centers and drive actions for service quality improvements.
- Conduct periodical review with AVSM / ZVSM and drive improvement actions.
- Develop and publish SOP (Standard operating procedure) for service quality improvement.
- Provide training to the ground team on key aspects of field quality.
Here's What we Are Looking for:
- In-depth understanding of Field quality function, Quality control at field
- Expertise to identify customer issues and align needful communication to stakeholders
- Experience in working remote located teammates in the field with various stakeholders including internal and external partners.
- Two wheeler operations and service / warranty management processes
- Guidance on design & testing points towards service and field quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement for field quality

You Bring to Ather
- BE / B-Tech [Mechanical / E&E] with industry (OEM) experience of 5 - 9 years in automotive field quality management processes.
