Role Description

This is a full-time, Field Project Manager role based in Mumbai with 60-70% travel to remote vilages in maharashtra. Candidates based in Raigad will also be considered. The Field Project Manager will oversee the implementation of various community development projects, ensuring effective planning and execution. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, managing budgets, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency, and engaging with local communities to address their needs. The role requires regular client interaction, reporting progress to stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and fostering collaborative solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with communities and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Supervisory and Leadership skills to manage project teams and ensure successful implementation
• Competence in Budgeting and Planning to allocate resources efficiently and monitor project expenditures
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills, with a focus on achieving sustainable outcomes
• Familiarity with rural or community development projects is an added advantage
• Fluency in Marathi is a must
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Development Studies, or Management
