General
The Field Operations Support assists the regional manager with the operations and
developing the business in his/her territory. The role also includes organizing and
coordinating administrative duties to ensure organizational effectiveness,
communication, and safety. Reporting to the Regional Manager (South Asia).
Job Description
- Supporting the Regional Manager (South Asia) on operational duties and act as a back-up in the absence of the Regional Manager (South Asia).
- Operational support such as announcement of technicians to port agents, administrative duties, follow up calls to agents.
- Booking of flights for technicians in the South Asia region.
- Organize the travel arrangements for technicians.
- Maintaining the scheduler on a daily basis - Coordinating and assigning work for the technicians.
- Visa arrangements of technicians that include the collection and preparation of supporting documents.
- Technicians/local partner administration.
- The main point of contact for technicians and project managers when a service is confirmed.
Job Requirements
Function requirements
- Vocational education or equivalent education required
- Knowledge of google web based application such as google sheet, google docs
- Excellent reading and writing business English
- Good writing and verbal skills; internal and external contracts to be treated correctly
