Field Operations Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Field Operations Supervisor. The role involves the daily planning, coordination, and execution of field operations to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and events. Responsibilities include supervising on-ground teams, managing logistics, ensuring service quality, maintaining timelines, and resolving any operational challenges. The Field Operations Supervisor will serve as a link between on-ground teams and project managers, ensuring clarity and alignment with client requirements.

• Operations and logistics management experience in coordinating on-ground activities and ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Strong team leadership and supervisory skills with an ability to manage diverse teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges in real-time
• Strong communication and organizational skills for stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in project planning tools and operational software is a plus
• Knowledge of the events and brand activation industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred
