Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Field Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field activities, manage operational processes, and ensure the smooth execution of all field operations. Responsibilities include supervising teams, ensuring project timelines are met, monitoring field services to meet quality standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. The role requires strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

. Textile and yarn knowledge

. Dyeing, Printing , Hand work knowledge

. Vendor Knowledge and good sources.

• Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively
• Experience in Field Operations and Operations Management for ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks
