Position: Field Inspector
Location: Multiple Locations (Maharashtra, Gujrat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka)
Duties And Responsibilities
- The Candidate should surely own motorbike for travelling.
- Conduct routine inspections of production sites to ensure strict adherence to all company SOPs, including site setup, feedstock preparation, pyrolysis process, and biochar handling.
- Identify and document any deviations from established procedures, reporting findings to management in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to site operators, reinforcing the importance of SOP adherence, quality control and safe practices.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports on site performance, compliance, and training needs.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide practical, on-the-spot solutions.
- Help out in any other logistical/on-ground requirements that may arise.
Required Skills And Experience
- Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates may also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; basic laptop knowledge is essential.
- Must own a personal bike (petrol expenses will be reimbursed).
- Flexible to travel frequently within the district.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced start-up like environment
