Role Description The Field Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. The Specialist will coordinate with internal teams and clients, manage scheduling and resource allocation, and monitor performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Daily tasks include assessing field conditions, identifying operational risks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves documenting activities, preparing reports, communicating updates to stakeholders, and supporting the rollout of new processes or tools in the field.
