Job Title: Field Operations Intern / Enrollment Executive

Duration: 1 month (extendable month-on-month based on performance)
Stipend: 10,000 per month
Role OverviewWe are looking for proactive, street-smart go-getters who can work on-ground to onboard vehicle fleet owners and drivers onto our platform. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership, hustle, and the ability to clear the blockers and get things done.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach fleet owners and drivers to enroll them into our service
- Empower drivers and fleet owners by clearly communicating how they benefit by become part of a win-win opportunity.
- Download and install the app on drivers mobile phones
- Assist drivers in configuring their devices to run ads smoothly and help them mount their devices in the vehicle.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and daily targets
- Share regular progress updates
- Identify, communicate, and resolve blockers independently
- Ensure continuous follow-ups and completion of enrollments
Who Can Apply- Interns, freshers, or individuals with strong on-ground skills
- Self-driven individuals who are comfortable with field work
- Good communication and persuasion skills (local language proficiency is a plus)
- Comfortable using Android smartphones and installing/configuring apps
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
