Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer based in Ahmedabad. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating on-site activities, supervising staff operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addressing any issues arising at site locations. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, as well as preparing daily activity and progress reports.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills to effectively manage on-site operations and teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges and address concerns
• Interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Report writing and documentation skills for preparing detailed and timely updates
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations
• Previous fieldwork experience or background in security services is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields will be a plus
