Responsibilities
1. Site Management- Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of work at the site according to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Resource Coordination: Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent delays or waste.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain records of daily activities, progress, and site conditions. Provide regular reports to management.
- Compliance Enforcement: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
2. Manpower Arrangement- Workforce Planning: Estimate labor requirements based on project timelines and coordinate with HR or labor contractors for deployment.
- Staff Supervision: Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline and productivity among the workforce.
- Training & Guidance: Provide on-site instructions and basic training to workers to maintain work standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address issues such as absenteeism, conflicts, or skill mismatches promptly.
3. Customer Relationship Management- Client Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between the company and the client for day-to-day communications.
- Updates & Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients about project progress, delays, or challenges.
- Feedback Handling: Listen to client feedback and relay concerns to relevant teams. Take corrective actions as needed.
- Professional Representation: Maintain a positive image of the company through professional behavior and responsiveness.
Qualifications of an Area Officer- Educational Background
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
- Preference may be given to degrees in management, operations, or a relevant technical field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 25 years of relevant experience in site management, field operations, manpower coordination, or customer service.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., construction, security, facilities management) is often highly valued.
- Mobility
- Must own a motorcycle or scooter for reliable travel between sites and customer locations.
- Valid driver's license required.
