Working Days:- 6 Days/Rotational Week-Offs

Qualifications:- ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Executive - Nurse (Field Work) responsible for providing post-operative care support, ensuring high-quality patient engagement, and representing HexaHealth at partner hospitals. This is a field-intensive role involving daily travel across hospitals in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct post-surgery visits to patients across hospitals and assess their recovery progress.

● Monitor vitals, wound healing, and overall condition, escalating concerns to doctors when necessary.

● Educate patients and caregivers on medication, hygiene, and post-operative care instructions.

● Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to ensure seamless and continuous care.

● Represent HexaHealth with professionalism and empathy during all patient and hospital interactions.

● Maintain accurate patient records and submit timely digital reports to the internal team.

● Travel daily across multiple hospitals; Saturdays and Sundays are high-activity days with rotational weekly offs.
