Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Marketing & Sales Executive role based in Pune. The responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company at industry events and meetings. The role involves creating tailored marketing and sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and driving revenue growth through client outreach and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including business development and client relationship management
• Market research and data analysis capabilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and sales strategies
• Previous Sales and Marketing experience in the polymer or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

• 3-4 LPA Fixed salary
• Performance-based incentives
