Role overview:
As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand in the market. This is a 100% field-based role where you will visit retailers daily to build relationships, introduce our products, and drive brand visibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping clean, professional data records of your visits and market insights using MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retailer Outreach: Visit retail footwear stores, shoe shops, and counters daily to pitch the Campus Shoes catalog and secure new orders.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, consistent relationships with existing store owners and onboard new retail partners.
- Merchandising & Placement: Ensure proper display placement, banners, and visibility of Campus Shoes products at partner stores.
- Data Logging & Excel Reporting: Maintain an accurate daily tracker in MS Excel of your retail visits, order values, inventory requirements, and stock availability.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor footwear brands, pricing trends, and retailer demand to report back to the management team.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory (ability to log data, apply basic filters, and manage product order sheets).
- Education/Experience:
- Minimum education: 12th
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field sales or retail marketing (experience in the footwear, industry , preferable)
- Communication: Confident personality with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and local language skills.
- Mobility: Must own a reliable two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for daily local travel within Indore.
- Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable handling physical product catalogs/samples on the field.
Outstation Travel Allowance (TA/DA): Full fuel, food provided strictly for travel outside Indore limits (e.g., Dewas, Ujjain, Dhar).
