The Field Marketing & Network Development Executive will be responsible for building strong local marketing networks to increase school visibility and generate student admissions. The role involves visiting local communities, apartments, preschools, tuition centers, and organizations to create partnerships and referral networks for the school.
Key Responsibilities1. Network Development
Build relationships with preschools, daycare centers, tuition centers, and coaching institutes.
Develop referral partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and residential associations.
Maintain regular contact with existing partners to strengthen the network.
2. Field Marketing Activities
Visit apartments, gated communities, and residential areas to promote the school.
Organize school awareness campaigns and admissions promotion activities.
Distribute brochures and marketing materials in targeted areas.
3. Lead Generation
Generate admission leads through field visits and networking.
Collect parent contact details and share them with the admissions team.
Follow up with potential parents regarding school programs.
4. Event Coordination
Support school open houses, admission events, and promotional activities.
Organize small promotional events in communities or preschools.
5. Market Research
Monitor nearby schools and competitors.
Gather feedback from parents and partners about the school and education preferences.
6. Reporting
Maintain records of daily visits, leads generated, and partnerships developed.
Submit weekly and monthly field activity reports to the marketing manager.
Strong communication and networking skills
Ability to build relationships with parents and community members
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Good presentation and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel locally for field visits
Bachelor's Degree (Any discipline)
MBA / Marketing qualification is an advantage
