Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Manager, based in Ranchi. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies, leading field campaigns, and driving student engagement with RTW Education services. The role includes organizing events, networking with stakeholders, collaborating with education counselors, analyzing market trends, and implementing promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost enrolments.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marketing, especially in Field Marketing and Campaign Management
• Ability to plan and execute events while managing multiple stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
• Familiarity with the education industry or student engagement strategies is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment

Remuneration- 1.8-2 lakhs/annum
