Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic Field Marketing Manager who lives and breathes motorsports, racing, and automobiles. This role involves executing on-ground marketing strategies, building brand visibility, and driving partnerships within the automotive ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns for Maverick Racing events
- Build and maintain relationships with automotive brands, sponsors, and partners
- Identify and onboard local partners, garages, car clubs, and communities
- Coordinate event promotions, activations, and brand visibility initiatives
- Manage field teams, promoters, and vendor coordination
- Drive lead generation and brand awareness through offline channels
- Ensure strong brand presence at events, exhibitions, and activations
- Work closely with the core team to align marketing with business goals
Requirements- 13 years of experience in field marketing / event marketing / automotive marketing
- Strong passion for motorsports, racing culture, and automobiles
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience in handling events, activations, or brand promotions is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other cities
