As a Field Sales Intern at Brainstorm Kidskills Avenue, you will have the opportunity to showcase your English proficiency and effective communication skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for aggressive, street-smart Interns to drive school partnerships. This is not a desk job. You will be an essential component of our sales team, meeting Senior Academics to onboard schools.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Visit targeted schools within the assigned geography to pitch the Test Programme's value proposition to Principals, Coordinators, and key decision-makers.
- Make cold calls and send formal proposal emails to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of warm, hot, and closed leads.
- Prepare and update detailed Daily Log Sheets using Excel or Google Sheets for visits, calls, and follow-up remarks.
- Track field activities and ensure accurate reporting of sales and outreach efforts.
