Field Marketing Intern Mumbai

We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Field Marketing Intern to support Business Development and Buyer Acquisition Campaign through extensive BTL (Below-The-Line) activations across Thane and Mumbai Region.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy on-ground marketing, direct interactions, and achieving measurable growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Seller AcquisitionIdentify and approach restaurants, retailers, and local merchants.

• Educate sellers about the platform benefits and onboarding process.
• Assist in documentation and basic app registration.
• Generate qualified seller leads and support conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly seller onboarding targets.

Buyer AcquisitionConduct BTL marketing activities in colleges, tech parks, residential societies, and marketplaces.

• Distribute promotional materials and educate users about app features.
• Drive app downloads and first-time orders.
• Support referral campaigns and activation drives.

BTL Activation ActivitiesStall activations

• Pamphlet distribution
• Society/college campaigns
• Roadshows & kiosk promotions
• Local market engagement drives

Skills RequiredStrong communication and convincing skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)

• Confident in field interactions
